RETURN POLICY

Return Window:
– Retail customers: 30 days from delivery date
– Wholesale customers: 15 days from delivery date
– Defective products: 60 days from delivery date

Eligible Returns:
– Unopened products in original packaging
– Products with manufacturing defects
– Items damaged during shipping
– Wrong items sent due to our error

Non-Returnable Items:
– Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
– Products without original packaging
– Items damaged by customer misuse
– Custom or special order products
– Products past return window

Return Process:
1. Contact customer service at 1 (949) 546-5536
2. Provide order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization number (RMA)
4. Package items securely with RMA number
5. Ship to our return address using trackable method

Return Shipping:
– Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or our error
– We recommend insured shipping for valuable returns
– Returns without RMA number may be refused or delayed

Refund Processing:
– Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving return
– Original payment method will be credited
– Shipping charges are non-refundable unless our error
– Restocking fee may apply to wholesale returns

EXCHANGE POLICY

Product Exchanges:
– Available for unopened products within return window
– Customer pays shipping difference if applicable
– Same product exchanges processed faster than returns
– Different product exchanges treated as return/new order

Defective Product Exchanges:
– Immediate replacement for manufacturing defects
– No additional shipping charges for defective exchanges
– Photo documentation may be required
– Expedited processing for business customers

SHIPMENT POLICY

Shipping Areas:
– We ship throughout the United States
– California deliveries available within 1-2 business days
– Alaska and Hawaii may have extended delivery times
– International shipping not currently available

Shipping Methods:
– Standard Ground (5-7 business days)
– Expedited (2-3 business days)
– Next Day Air (1 business day)
– Local delivery available in Orange County, CA

Shipping Costs:
– Free standard shipping on orders over $150
– Expedited shipping rates calculated at checkout
– Wholesale customers receive discounted shipping rates
– Heavy or oversized items may incur additional fees

Order Processing:
– Orders placed before 2 PM PST ship same day
– Orders placed after 2 PM PST ship next business day
– No shipments on weekends or holidays
– Processing may take 1-2 days during peak seasons

Delivery Information:
– Signature required for orders over $500
– Packages delivered to address provided at checkout
– We are not responsible for packages left unattended
– Delivery confirmation provided via email

Damaged Shipments:
– Inspect packages immediately upon delivery
– Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
– Take photos of damaged packaging and products
– Contact customer service for replacement processing

Lost Packages:
– Report missing packages within 5 days of expected delivery
– We will investigate with shipping carrier
– Replacement or refund provided after investigation
– Signature confirmation recommended for valuable orders

Volume Discounts:

– Reduced rates for regular customers

Business Delivery:
– Commercial address delivery preferred
